Chloe Welch is an illustrator and designer based in South Carolina, creating vibrant, playful artwork that brings a touch of joy to the everyday. After starting out as an art teacher, she shifted into illustration during the early days of the pandemic and found her niche designing greeting cards and art prints that feel personal, colorful, and full of charm. Working digitally in Procreate and Photoshop, Chloe prints and packages each piece from her home studio with care—combining bold shapes, rich textures, and whimsical characters to create cheerful, thoughtful goods that connect with people in a meaningful way.
