About Thriae
Thriae was established in late 2020 as a consciously curated marketplace, sourcing items such as jewelry, stationery, confections and more from small businesses and independent artists. As of Summer 2021, the brand has evolved its focus to ethically sourcing Turkish textiles. Our founder, Melissa, is half-Turkish and wanted to provide retailers with beautiful textiles that they could feel good about selling to their customers. She did extensive research and vetted many suppliers before finding an outfit that works with small, family-owned ateliers who have been creating textiles for generations. Through this, retailers can be sure they are helping to support the local economy in the inner-Aegean region of Turkey and help these families continue their time-honored looming expertise. Thriae's collection is 100% Turkish cotton and changes with the seasons, so check back often!
