About Bon Brun

Bon Brun is a premium coffee syrup company built around a simple idea: the quality of the syrup should match the quality of the espresso. Our syrups are both clean label and shelf stable, designed to be proudly displayed beside the espresso machine and enjoyed as part of the daily coffee ritual. Our syrups are made in small batches with ingredients more commonly found in a pastry kitchen than a flavoring catalog: Madagascar vanilla beans, French hazelnut praline, pecan butter, cacao, chicory, malted barley, maple sugar, whole spices and French sea salt. We do not use extracts or generalized natural or artificial flavorings. Caramel is cooked, spices and malt are toasted and steeped, and nut butters and pralines are incorporated directly into the syrup. The recipes were developed specifically for espresso and milk, with particular attention to body, sweetness and finish. Each expression is layered enough to remain distinct in a latte without obscuring the coffee underneath. Bon Brun was also designed for the home in which it lives. The amber glass bottles, textured labels and restrained French-inspired identity are intended to sit beside a beautiful espresso machine rather than disappear into a cabinet or refrigerator.
