Founded by ceramic artist Benjamin Maier in 2003, Maier Ceramics began in a small, beachside town in Northern Michigan. The aim - to make handmade pottery that would seamlessly integrate into everyday lives and introduce well designed ceramics to a broader audience. Thoughtful design, handmade and sustainable, the Maier Ceramics line has grown beyond Leland, Michigan, working with both select boutique vendors and design-forward global brands. However, the core of the business remains true - offer a handmade product, executed with attention and care, and forever crafted with design integrity.
