Flour + Water Foods is a Modern American pasta company born out of the award-winning Flour + Water restaurant in San Francisco. Our dried pastas are all crafted with certified organic, North American semolina grains and artisanal bronze dies for incredible texture. The same method employed at Flour + Water, the bronze-die extruding process creates noodles with textured, porous exteriors perfect for soaking up sauce. The end result is a better at-home bowl that emulates the flavor and precision of the restaurant experience. 1% of proceeds benefit Zero Foodprint, an organization that directly teams up with farms and ranches to implement regenerative agriculture practices.

This took one day short of 5 weeks to receive, apparently it was sent back because OnTrac tried to deliver on a day closed, I didn’t receive a notice about this but finally reached out. Many of the boxes were damaged and or not sealed closed. We spent $69 on shipping yet there is just a minimal amount of packaging to protect the items. We have not yet cooked the pasta so don’t actually have a true rating for this.
