PLEASE TAKE NOTE - I AM REVIEWING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT THE PRODUCTS. I picked up the order in person, but communicated online with Shirley. Shirley marked my order as delivered 3 days before we coordinated pickup, which was off putting. I did place another order and she agreed to not do that to the second. I thought I'd pick up from her but it was her colleague Mark, who was very verbally aggressive and made me feel very unsafe. I cancelled my second order because of that. An FYI for others
