About Leah Smith Art

As an Arkansas born and raised artist, I weave together my passion for photography, adventure, and wildlife, to create works of art. With a camera and a paint brush, I capture the essence of the nature of the world from majestic landscapes and it's wildlife to the subtle beauty of a trout filled stream . I find inspiration in the quiet moments spent in nature whether its fly fishing on the White River in Arkansas to observing a sunset over snowcapped mountains in the Rockies of Colorado. Through my art I seek to share the beauty and wonder of the world around us. My art work showcases a fusion of mixed media, oils and acrylics, on a variety of surfaces which includes canvas, hardboard, and wood panel. This approach allows me to experiment with diverse textures and techniques. This allows me to print my images on canvas, throw pillows, mugs, totes, and many more home decor items. Read their story
