About Bet's Bars

I was a squeezy bottle wash gal until I stumbled upon an all natural soap shop in St. Augustine, Florida. I bought the most lovely scented soaps that left my skin feeling soft and smelling wonderful all day. Intrigued, I decided to try my hand at cold process soap making. After reading several books on the matter and extensive research, I was hooked. My first batch turned out the be some pretty fantastic soap but had the appearance of a block of cheddar cheese. I wanted more. Pretty soon I was creating intricate swirls and designing soap art! I've been crafting cold process soap since 2014 and have since added other natural skin loving items like lip balm, bug spray, sugar scrubs, and whipped body butter to the Bet's Bars product line. 2020 brought lots of free time to experiment with new crafts which led me to my soy wax candle line. I especially enjoy decorating them with dried botanicals for a lil' added spark of joy! Read their story
