Our Forkin' Good Story: Chefs Peter and Sharon Daniel created the Original Sweet and Spicy peanuts as a bar snack for their acclaimed restaurant - The Fork at Twin Lakes (est. 1986) in Shohola, Pennsylvania. Customers loved the sweet, savory crunch and wanted more to enjoy at home, so Forkin' Good Nuts was born. After 32 years the Daniels closed the restaurant but remain devoted to exploring flavor, texture, and technique.
