About Domecq

A terrine born from a free spirit. It was in 2017, while working as a consultant in Paris, that I began making my own terrines, using my grandmother's recipe. Initially for my own pleasure, then to properly honor my guests or hosts during the many aperitifs I attended in the capital. Quickly, the gustatory bets I brought to the traditional Béarnaise recipe led my friends to buy this product from me, for themselves and their guests. This was followed by grocers and wine merchants who began offering them to their customers. Seven years later, with 8 points of sale in France and thousands of orders from individuals, I left my job to fully dedicate myself to the creation of this exceptional product.Read their story
