Forage South is a Southern food brand bringing artisanal flavor to the everyday home cook. In 2012, Chef Brandon Frohne founded Forage South in Nashville, Tennessee with a passion for Southern flavors. After perfecting a recipe for the best biscuits in the South, he set out to make it possible for people everywhere to enjoy them in their own kitchen. Our mission is to make the most recognizable staples of the South available for you to easily recreate in your own home. We are truly excited to be on this journey and look forward to all the ways in which Forage South will continue to evolve.

I ordered three different types of mixes and they sell by date was between 1and 3 months from the time of receiving. I reached out to company and he basically told me that because I ordered a mixed package, the shelf life would be shorter. I then asked if I ordered all of the same type of mix would the shelf life be longer. No response. It stated 1 year shelf life when I purchased. The pancake mix itself was good but I cannot re-order from this company due to lack of customer service.
