About Hot Monkey Nuts

Our Story, Got the Guts? Greg started making his own flavored spicy peanuts in 2005 after years of being a pepper head, adding hot sauce to EVERY meal. His love for hot sauce was insane, and he wanted to make something uniquely addicting for people who can handle a little spice in their snacks (why stop at just having something spicy at mealtime?). Hot Monkey Nuts was born. Cate, his wonderful wife (who might be writing this story), who also loved nuts but couldn't handle the heat, became the nut-taster before the hot pepper was added. What evolved were really flavorful AND spicy snacks! We shared our creations with friends, family, coworkers, and they LOVED our nuts. After a 13 year hiatus, we finally got the guts to share our nuts with everyone. We are genuinely excited to begin this new adventure and share Greg's love of flavorful spicy nuts.
