About GRAINES AU VENT

Because being a farmer is above all a vocation and a life where a profession, a family and several generations mingle, Grains au Vent is the agricultural project for several generations that want to enhance their production of durum wheat to offer you the best of Gâtinais on your plate. Diversifying also means being autonomous and making exploitation sustainable. At the origin of this project, Sophie and Jean-Philippe Siméant, 5th generation of farmers on the Petit Chenery farm in Corbeilles-en-Gâtinais. The Seeds to the Wind adventure officially took place in May 2019 with these lots of joy, questioning, surprises... In addition to a culinary adventure, it is above all a collective adventure where human encounters are multiplying ever more enriching.
