About Ghana Supreme Sauce Marinade

Our journey began after my arrival in the US from Ghana in 2010 to attend Hiram College. A small liberal arts college in rural Ohio. With no vehicle or reliable bus system to get to the nearest Walmart (10 miles away) we developed a craving for our mother's home cooked meals. We soon realized a gap in the market for authentic African food products and were inspired to share the Ghanaian and African story through food. This birthed the idea of Ghana Supreme Sauce, a versatile marinade that can also be used as a salsa or used to stir-fry meat or vegetables. The flavors in our products will take you on a culinary journey to the coastline of West Africa where our family recipe has been passed down to us after 6 generations.Read their story
