About Skipwillow Farm

Skipwillow Farm sits on a quiet road in Floyd County, Virginia, folded into the Blue Ridge Mountains at the edge of the Appalachian highlands. We are a small family goat dairy, and we have been raising Mini Nubian dairy goats here since 2019. The farm began the way most good things do — with a deep attachment to animals and a desire to build something real. When Diana relocated to Floyd for the mountain culture and clean air, she found the land that finally made it possible. Today the herd is milked fresh every day, the goats know their names, and the milk that doesn't go to herd share families goes straight into our soap. That's what sets Skipwillow apart from most goat milk soap on the market: we actually have the goats. Our soap is made with fresh, whole milk from our own herd — not powdered milk, not purchased milk from an unknown source. Fresh milk produces a creamier lather, a richer bar, and a gentler result on sensitive skin. It also means every batch is tied to a specific season, a specific herd, a specific place. Our product line — soap bars, body butter, lip balm, bath salts, and seasonal gift sets — is made in small batches using all-natural ingredients and pure essential oils. Everything is formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin, fragrant without being overwhelming, and beautiful enough to give as a gift without any additional wrapping. Skipwillow is listed on the Floyd Farm Trail and the Floyd Artisan Trail. Our soaps are already carried in local
