Our story started in 2017 in our backyard in Baltimore— a total accident if we're being honest. It began with a simple ask: I wanted an entryway bench I had seen online, so Manny built it exactly to the plans. The only problem—it didn’t fit in our tiny row home. I listed it on Craigslist for $100. By the next morning, we had 10 people asking to buy it. At the time, Manny was working for 100% commission, so with Christmas coming up, he decided to build a few more for extra money. That one piece turned into something much bigger. People started asking for more—console tables, dining tables, coffee tables, vanities, built-ins—and the business grew organically from there. We built this business through real life— COVID, growing our family, and a big move back home to the shore. Today, our home and workshop live on the same property near the beach, where every piece is still designed and built by hand. Manny is a self-taught specialty carpenter with an eye for detail and a standard of craftsmanship that doesn’t cut corners. Each piece is made to feel like it belongs—grounding a space, anchoring a room, and built to last for years to come. Our style leans California casual with coastal influence—clean, warm, and timeless. We ship all over the country, but every order still carries that same small-shop attention it started with.
