Zulah began as a journey—rooted in tradition, shaped by travel, and carried forward with love. Growing up in Canada in a Sri Lankan household, incense was woven into our everyday rituals. We lit sticks in reverence to Lord Buddha, filling our home with warmth, peace, and sacred intention. Years later, while living in Gran Canaria, I stumbled across incense again—lavender, in particular. That scent instantly transported me home. It became a way to ground myself, honour my ancestors, and reconnect with my roots. The name Zulah was born from the bedtime stories I told my daughter—tales of Princess Zulah and her magical misadventures. What started as a whimsical story grew into a brand that now carries deep meaning and purpose. Today, Zulah Canada brings treasures from around the world to your home. We partner with artisans in small communities—craftspeople who pour intention into every handmade incense stick and object. No mass production. Just simple, sacred creations made with care.
