About Sustainable Snacks

My commitment to a plant-based lifestyle is deeply personal. I have Lupus and have learned to manage my condition by converting to a plant-based diet. My professional background is also in public health, where I supported clients on improving their health outcomes by incorporating more whole, plant-based foods into their routines. I developed Sustainable Snacks while working across multiple public health programs without time to break for a meal. I needed a product that would fill me up and fuel my personal efforts. My clients and colleagues quickly caught on to my nutrient-dense confections and wanted to be able to purchase the products for themselves. That’s when Sustainable Snacks were born! Our flagship line of Superfood Snacks, clusters of berries, nuts, spices and first-of-its-kind maple syrup infused dark chocolate, are packed with flavor and nutrition. We are the only 100% clean and plant-based snacking chocolate on the market. In addition to sustaining our consumers with our delicious, healthful snacks, we are based in The Bronx, where we work to sustain the community through job creation and nutrition education programming.
