About Moon-Seed

One late night, In the winter of 2016, I had a little idea to use some scrap wood from an art project to make some new, fun, funky, earrings. Turns out that little idea made a huge impact on me because shortly after, Moon-Seed was born. Moon-Seed is the reflection of the seed that was planted that night. Its name is an ode to my artistic night habits. It is when I feel most creative and inspired. Moon-Seed is all about creating art for your ears. I design statement earrings with a fun bold play on circular forms, geometric shapes, classic art movements, Caribbean vibes, and colorful patterns. I draw inspiration in my choice of mediums as well. I embrace many different materials such as wood, acrylic, and resin. I am proud to say that our pieces are dynamic. They are fun, sophisticated, sculptural and incredibly unique. They are versatile, and appeal to accommodate a wide range of tastes. All the pieces are designed, and handmade from start to finish in my home studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Due to the handmade nature of these items, patterns and colors may vary slightly from one pair to the next, making each pair uniquely special.
