About Pollice di panda

Panda's thumb creates adventurous notebooks to encourage children to express themselves and explore the world with creativity, to release their natural talent to imagine, intuit, dream (with the I wish them to invent a better world!). Panda's thumb is a brand and Panda's Thumb is me, Prisca, the inventor, author, designer and designer (and also a shipping agent!) of this single-woman enterprise! To tell you the truth, I never thought I'd work for the kids. I wanted to be a florist, a paleontologist, a veterinarian, a writer, a cartoonist, an investigator — at one point even a restorer of ancient books. The children certainly never had anything to do with it, but notebooks always had something to do with it: that's where I unleashed all my ideas. I had a herbarium, a diary of explorations, animal pages, written pages, drawn pages, notebooks with mysteries to solve, and fascinating notebooks to patch up. In my notebooks I dreamed so hard - so hard that some of my ideas fell off the pages and actually happened! What I do know is that I could never have done anything without first imagining it.Read their story
