These unique AfriBeads’ products are handmade from sustainable and environmental materials and AfriBeads is part of the growing trend that is reinventing everyday products to be sustainable, ethical, and rich in heart and style. The income from these products gives the Ugandan artisans the independence to care for their own families and to lift themselves out of poverty. AfriBeads was founded in 2009 after the founder visited Uganda and saw the poverty and struggle of many women.
