About Peony&June Illustration

Hi there, I'm Roberta, a Catholic Illustration artist based in the US straight from the tropics in Brazil, where the sun hangs out year 'round. I have had a passion for creating and drawing since I was a little girl, but as I grew up and adulthood creeped up on me, that creative part of me faded and I ventured into healthcare, which I believed my vocation was. Fast forward, I got a degree in Pharmacy, worked in research, retail and in a hospital in this order, only to find out that God was calling me somewhere else. I got married, and with marriage came the opportunity and the need to return to that old passion of mine, now with a much clearer vision of where that could lead me. Peony&June started out as a custom watercolor portrait business in 2019 and over the past four years developed into an Illustration and Product Design Business. Our products are designed in the USA and ethically manufactured both in America and in China.Read their story
