Mattify was started in 2020 as a lockdown-inspired business for our founder and Creative Director Laura Brownhill. During the renovations on her home, Laura wanted high quality, on-trend, yet sustainable doormat, which just wasn't available in the UK market. And the rest, as they say, is history. Mattify is based in the North West of England, the original home of the textile industry. We wanted to maintain our ‘Made in the UK’ roots but this doesn’t mean we choose a traditional look, here at Mattify we bring you the concept of ‘door fashion’
