It's not just that Minimum Wage Tim’s Coffee Co. can offer a more personal experience than the big guys. After years of roasting in my South Minneapolis garage and tasting the results, I discovered how growing conditions and human expertise influence how our coffee will taste. I soon found that many of my South Minneapolis neighbors were just as curious to learn how coffee is grown and prepared for export. So I created a framework to define the vocabulary and flavors of specialty coffee in the context of your own experience. My wholesale programs came about slowly - growing and adapting to collaborate with my organic collaborators. It now boasts 2 flagship single origins, representing the strongest relationships with the boutique importers I prefer, and the Grand Rounds Blend. Read their story
