Almost zero communication they read messages and don't respond. They will make a shipping label and just not ship the item for long periods of time. Got told "it ships today" and they didn't actually ship it for a week. One item was missing opted to have it sent again. Same thing. Made a shipping label so it shows as shipped and then did not actually ship it. Only this time they canceled it. WEEKS after creating a shipping label.
