We Love Bicycles and Coffee and we have married the two together. We still make cool T-shirts and Operate a Wood fired Coffee Roastery in Pinetop, AZ-where we wood roast beans on a 1930's Italian wood fired roaster at around 7000 feet elevation. We are one of a handful of coffee roasters in the world that roast with wood. Why roast with Wood? Wood is a different type of heat than gas or electric and roasting with wood/fire takes a lot of feel from the roaster and is just a really cool process to roast with an unpredictable fire source and trying to tame it.
