About Ellie + Ott

Ellie + Ott gives parents a month-by-month game plan to enhance playtime and hone their parenting chops. Each set comes with an original Ellie + Ott board book, five playtime activity cards, and three new ways to accomplish a parenting skill. The Ellie + Ott story In starting Ellie + Ott we took a really intentional approach to writing and illustrating baby books. We made sure each book not only told a story straight from the pages of real life, but shared it in a way that maximized a baby’s development - from incorporating new words and sounds to black and white illustrations that graduate into beautiful, full color pictures. We also wanted to give parents a better understanding of how their baby develops, without expecting them to read a 300-page book, and we even took it a step further by offering ideas to incorporate that information into playtime. And our sets wouldn’t be complete without some creative strategies for parents to hone their own skills as they navigate this stressful, joyous, sleep-deprived time.
