From the start, Scamps’ confections generated an overwhelmingly enthusiastic following, and they soon found themselves outgrowing the charming, pocket-sized store. Scamps uses only the highest quality ingredients. From the beginning, Scamps has complemented our delectable toffee with nothing but the finest Swiss and Belgian chocolates balanced by the earthy silkiness of California walnuts. In 2025, a new chapter began when Justin and Emily Korns, drawn to the irresistible charm of Scamps Toffee, proudly became its new owners.
