We partner directly with local family farmers in Hawai'i and around the world who practice sustainable, organic and biodynamic farming techniques resulting in vibrant artisanal teas and herbs. Our tea bags are 100% biodegradable, made from 100% renewable plant fiber. Out tea bag wraps are certified compostable. Welcome to plastic-free tea. We replant an equal amount of trees for the plant fiber we do use in each box. Our Hawai'i grown teas are responsibly farmed on the biodiverse rainforest slopes of Hawai'i's active Kīlauea Volcano. Each premium hand-harvested tea boasts notes of fresh tropical flowers and soft tannins from the mineral rich volcanic soil. Wild rainforest grown and naturally shaded by endemic Hapu'u ferns and 'Ohi'a Lehua trees, our tea plants thrive above two active lava tubes.
