In 2021, after learning that suicide rates for women were at an all-time high, depression had doubled in the last couple of years, and millions were leaving the workforce, I knew I couldn't sit back and watch this crisis continue. After extensive research, I found that resources available for struggling women were lacking. Having gone through my own mental health issues over the years and witnessing the same in those I love, I knew this couldn't go on.
