About La Goulue Chocolatier
Inspired by the vineyards and landscapes from Mendoza, we asked ourselves in 2010 why we would not fuse these two pleasures that we so much enjoyed as consumers. Thus, after two years of development in our home kitchen and inviting our foodie friends, we finally found the proper filling that enabled our dream to be fulfilled. After that, we created the brand, designed the packaging, and started production in a one-bedroom apartment until sales began to pick up. We needed a more significant place that would and could eventually become our factory. In 2014, we moved into our lab in Ciudad Jardín (NW suburbs of BA). We yearly produce and create new products that stand out for their experiences and their uniqueness. Our products are hand-crafted with Belgian chocolate and the most refined varietals and fillings. In 2018, we came to the U.S. with the goal of expanding our business. We are now happily established in Houston (Texas), showcasing our unique products across America.

I discovered La Goulue Chocolatier last year searching "outside the box" chocolates for gifting during the holiday season. Each flavor is unique and delicious! I have reordered several times-our customers love the line especially the Alfajores! Guillermo, the founder & chocolatier was kind enough to accept our invitation to lead a special event featuring his line and wine pairing. It was such a fun evening! Everyone loved it & purchased La Goulue to take home. Thanks again Guillermo!
