About Ginger & VelVet

Ginger & Velvet was born in autumn 2012 in a very humble way in a home jewelry assembly workshop. The growth of the brand nationwide, led us to, in autumn 2014, reach more than 25 partner stores. In this way, in October 2014 we opened the first Ginger & Velvet multispace in Madrid's Barrio de las Letras, surrounded by three of the best museums in the world, and in the center of the capital's leading art and design district. In 2017, our European expansion begins with the opening of the first international points of sale in France, Ireland and Italy In addition to our own store, we created a wonderful space/workshop that is attractive and always open to the public. In this way, any visitor or client can immerse themselves in Maite Tejedor's creative and production processes, bringing their own experiences and experiences to this process. In this space, Maite welcomes our clients, to design exclusive pieces with them for events such as weddings, events or any celebration where you want to feel special. In the summer of 2018 we opened our second store on Calle León 22, one of the coolest streets in Madrid. A Flagship Store with an impeccable image and an exclusive and friendly atmosphere. Today, Ginger & Velvet follows the same philosophy as in its origin: to maintain the brand in a sustainable way and to manufacture our pieces by hand in our own workshop and in a limited number of units.Read their story
