While the original business plan has changed over the years, our passion has never wavered. We got stung by the olive bug back in 2008. We are primarily olive farmers! There are so many great foods that pair with a beautiful olive oil so we diversified through Olive These Foods to craft small-batch bites, mostly geared toward charcuterie because, well, who doesn't love a cocktail and a delicious charcuterie board (antipasto for my fellow Italians!). Cathy is also a chef with a mind that never quits. She's always in the kitchen bringing to life amazing creations.
