Read the comments from this brand in my photos and how they handled missing product on their end. When I received zero help after multiple attempts and had an irate customer, they finally took notice after I left a review on Faire and in turn retaliated by leaving me a 1 star google review. WOW! That’s how they do customer service at their business…petty retaliation. Absurd business practices. Oh and I never got a refund for the product that we never received so….criminal!

Had such potential - but when we only received 1 item out of the lot we ordered but were charged for it all, we were told that ships to us from somewhere else?! Okay so does that mean we just don't get it? Because I still don't have my products, no communication because the brand is ‘too busy to talk right now’ yet I've been robbed by this brand. Unreal! Do not make the same mistake I did…
