I ordered ornaments which feature the name of my city. However, the city on the ornament is not the correct image. Other cities appear to be correct. When I contacted this company I was informed that I should have looked closer at the product. I take responsibility for not looking closer & I paid the invoice. But, I feel there is a lack of integrity for a company that knowingly sold & continues to sell a faulty product and doesn't take any responsibility for it. Very disappointing.
