About Chalk Ink Markers

In 2001, Studio Image, Inc. was founded, a retail consulting company focusing on design finishes, sign fabrication and installation. One of the elements featured in retail spaces at that time were chalkboards. Frustrated with the lack of chalkboard tools, we decided to create our own. Four years later, we pioneered a marker never before seen and introduced the original liquid chalk marker, Chalk Ink®. That’s right. The Original! You’ve probably seen our colors in action at your local Starbucks, Panera and Whole Foods Market, to name a few. Our brand also produces creative accessories such as labels, mini stake signs, chalkboard paint, dry-erase & chalkboard wallpapers, and much more. What sets us apart from our competition are our colors (46 and counting) and quality. Our products fit into many categories including housewares, paint, craft, party supplies, weddings, office and garden. Our team is made up of professional designers, artists and organizers ready to assist with any design project you may have.
