Like I said in our messages I would have loved to be given the chance to replace the broken or chipped items. I never received a request for that or saw any pictures. This review blind sided us. We had no idea your items came in broken from shipping until you posted this one star review. Any time our customers get anything chipped or broken we gladly replace them no questions asked.
