Our philosophy is born from our history that began more than 100 years ago. A nice surname, originating in Aveyron, with poetic and romantic consonances: Coeurveillé. This is the story of the name that Angèle Coeurveillé, my great-great-grandmother, wore. She gave birth to three sons and a daughter. His daughter, my great-grandmother, was a naturalist by profession. She was one of the first Botanists of her time alongside her husband, Professor of Tropical Botany, attached to the Faculty of Science in Toulouse, and author of books on phyto ecology. In 2020, 100 years later, I decided to resume this exciting family quest, and to continue research on the benefits of plants by creating a range of cosmetics in which medicinal plants hold a prominent place. I decided to put back in the spotlight the know-how of the Simple, that of the science of Botany, and to create “Cosmetics of the Simple”. Going back to the origins of Cosmetics, to a Beauty that seemed truer, simpler and without compromise for the planet. To restore meaning to the products we put on our skin.
