This was 2003 in the rural midwest, so virtually no one had heard of a coffee shop. I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, the social interactions, and the finer points of craft coffee. In 2010 I had finally saved enough money to purchase my home company and got my chance to stretch my legs. In the years that followed, we have consistently fine tuned our procedures and customized our equipment. Though we have grown, we've never lost the heart of our small town upbringing, or the conviction that coffee can be better!
