We received 2 of 8 items defective. We only discovered this because we were lucky enough to open these two first to use as a floor model. Now we heard that we have only 14 days to return product. So this is really about Faire, not Sporticulture. How can we have to open and test items boxed for resale in out stores so we can trust them to be good in two months for the holidays? This should be made very clear and it wasn't. We'd like to talk with a person to understand this better.
