Second time ordering from intimate earth. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Charged for our first order, weeks of radio silence, finally got in contact for a refund and was given a B.S. reason why the order was never processed. Second order, gave them another chance. 4 items missing from our order that we were charged for, going on 3 weeks now of multiple attempts to contact the company and no response. They’ve lost our business. Inexcusable lack of customer service.

We purchased 3 different products and had 4 different couples try out the products. We all liked the water based lube but the Mojo penis stimulation gel didn't get great reviews. Thou an "OK" product the price point is a bit high.
