About Initial Reaction
Diane Mirabile, founder of Initial Reaction, owned her own retail store in Westport, Connecticut for over 12 years that specialized in personalization. She spent years searching trade shows, craft fairs, and gift stores to help find the perfect artists who could create unique, classic gifts. Each gift was engraved, hand painted, hand engraved or hand stamped. She tried to create a truly one of a kind gift giving experience. Unable to find the perfect jewelry line to showcase in her store, she created a line that was so popular, other stores wanted to sell it and Initial Reaction was born in 2005. Within two years, her jewelry and accessories line was featured in Oprah’s favorite things, Teen Vogue, InStyle and was sold in over 600 boutiques and gift shops including Mark & Graham and Pottery Barn Teen. It continues to offer trendy, stylish yet classic pieces that will quickly become something you will want to wear every day!

Product was not what I have previously ordered. It was of very poor quality. The order was delayed a month before it shipped and then shipping did not arrive on time, either. I am very disappointed with the order and quality and how it was misrepresented. If I reorder a product I expect it to be what I have previously ordered. It was from a completely different vendor. I compared the products. I also received no email back when I inquired about the different product, either. Will never reorder.
