About Darby Drake Jewelry & Design
Darby Drake Jewelry & Design was created by designer Lauren Wicker in the fall of 2009. Lauren graduated from The University of Mississippi with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. After a summer internship in London, she quickly established that being a small business owner was her passion. Lauren is originally from a town outside of Memphis, Tennessee and now resides in Madison, Mississippi. We strive to create affordable, unique jewelry pieces for women of every age. A variety of techniques are used to create our distinctive products including applying patina, wrapping, hammering and manipulating metals. All stones used in our designs are natural, colorful gemstones. Antiqued brass and raw brass are two favorite metals frequently seen in our creations.
