WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed on FAIRE in U.S. dollars. All authorized retailers will receive discounts from MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. MINIMUM ORDERS: A minimum order of $100 is required on initial orders. （A minimum order of $100 is required for reorders.) CHANGES TO ORDERS: We may not allow changes to orders after receiving your order. Please double check your order list on the confirm page. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments through FAIRE with credit card are all accepted forms of payment. DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-3 days for our in-stock items and 15-21 days for your import order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact wholesale@hakubundo.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. CONSIGNMENT: At this time, we are not able to do consignment.

Very nice products with excellent packaging. We did not realize this would be shipping from all the way in Hawaii to us in NH when we ordered, we were too focused on finding a place that had all of the stationery we were looking for, but despite the distance shipping was very quick and everything was undamaged.
