I am so sorry to hear that nearly half of your order arrived damaged. We pack everything as securely as we can, but sometimes shipping companies are not the kindest to our shipments. By no means is that an excuse, and we guarantee our products 100% from production to secure delivery, and customer service is paramount to us at Popcorn We will ship replacements at no charge this week.
