First order, half the order was missing, the other part of the order had twisted threads, not all stitching complete, and nothing had sizes. Spoke with her and I paid to send them back for her to fix. She seemed like it was all honest mistakes. I ordered two more times at the back to back. The sleepers in the 2nd had messed up buttons with other, many misc flaws but decided I would deal with it. 3rd order issues again but now as of today, all I want is the hoodies back and can't get an answer.

Snaps on onsies were all upside down, sewing was incredibly poor with strings not cut and seams not finished. Some of the Knotted gowns were missing the matching hat or headband. Quantities were not correct. We will only be able to sell the knotted gowns in our store and the ones without hats/headbands at a discount. The handmade items on the order will not be sold in our store.
