Sovány was founded by Marcella Fodor. During the summer of 2021 in Las Vegas she was craving something refreshing, but not water, and tasty, but not soda. Left underwhelmed by anything she found in stores she started mixing sparkling water and organic fruit. These blends became a house staple, and over time developed into Sovány.Read their story
