What started as a one-woman operation and labor of love in 2012 as a result of frustrating experiences shopping for cat collars in a dog-centric world, has become a thriving business whose mission is to help style-conscious cat moms and dads shower their "fur kids" with love, care, great taste and quality. Named after the founder's beloved first cat, Cleo, Made By Cleo started with a problem and a passion. The problem? A severe lack of durable cat collar options on the market and very limited style choices. Leslie Gray Harmon, who has a professional design background + a passion for textiles, took matters into her own hands to make Cleo a new generation of breakaway cat collars with a carefully sourced mix of hardware and materials that would not only hold up to his antics & claws, tug-resistant enough to not unclasp too easily while remaining safe & functional, and also stylish enough to suit his (and his mom’s) personality. Ten years later, Made By Cleo has become the one-stop shop for modern cats + their humans — with over 300 unique, stylish & fun collar designs + a vast array of matching accessories. New styles are released in cadence with the latest season's trends & upcoming holiday themes.
