Our passion is the creation, production and marketing of innovative contemporary baked goods which reflect the enormous growth in the demand for specialized, healthier cookies. Before BISCOTTEA there were few baked goods being marketed specifically to this segment. BISCOTTEA shortbread is baked with all natural ingredients and some organic elements. We combine the richness of a traditional Scottish shortbread recipe with the health attributes of the teas, and coffees which are baked into each BISCOTTEA square. Our bakery partners are in the USA and Scotland. Back in 2007 Derek, Nicci and Laurance started baking shortbread, biscuits and cookies in Seattle the old fashioned way but with a modern twist to match the current lifestyle. Using only all natural, clean and healthier-for-you ingredients infusing real tea, and real coffee into BISCOTTEA products for great pairing with your favorite warm beverage. We keep thinking of new flavors and experiences for you, hence recently we added a range of Savory Baked Snacks to serve with dips, spreads, cheeses and patés for entertaining and pairing with wines and cocktail. Last but not least now we’re baking with natural fruit flavors, and adding coconut and cinnamon cookies to the range so both kids and adults can enjoy these rich buttery treats.Read their story
