About Gunther's Goodies

Amy Rybczyk is a dog mom first. She combined her love for baking, craft beer and her dog Gunther into a business. All of the goodies she makes are made with only 4 ingredients, spent beer grain from her local brewery being one of them. Gunther's Goodies was first created when Gunther was a pup and most of the big name dog treats that were thought to be American Made were being recalled. Amy's husband at the time was a home brewer and they were trying different ways to use the grain after brewing as it still had so many good nutrients in it. Gunther happily became the taste tester of the goodies as well as the inspiration behind the name. Gunther is a great dane and the logo is designed to look like him. Although we lost Gunther just before his 10th Birthday, we continue to honor him by keep making great small batch, limited ingredient dog treats. All products sold by Gunther's Goodies are used in Amy household with her own currents pets. Every year we donate to local shelters as well as Great Dane shelters in Gunther's Honor. Read their story
